Sr. UX Designer

As a talented UI designer at Arham Labs, you will play a crucial role in researching, designing, and prototyping user-centric products and experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences based on product requirements - Identifying user workflows, user, and business requirements - Creating, improving, and using wireframes/prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicating your ideas using these methods - Documenting workflows and expected interactions using in-house product documentation tools and design systems - Planning and incorporating analytics to measure the impact of user journeys in the product flow - Guiding UI designers in implementing the defined visual language and usability best practices - Ensuring that every page and interaction in the finished product aligns with the overall purpose, vision, and mission for the business - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Production, Product Marketing, and Senior Management - Keeping yourself and your design team updated with the latest industry standards - Clearly articulating and documenting user workflows and product requirements as a source of truth for all stakeholders Qualifications required for this position include: - 3+ years of hands-on work experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI Design, etc. - Passion for solving complex problems and designing elegant solutions that delight users - Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches and wireframes - Experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Illustrator, GitHub - Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview - Functional understanding of front-end development technology to assess the feasibility of proposed designs - Experience working in an agile/scrum development process - Familiarity with documentation processes for product requirements - Residing in or ready to move to Mumbai city Join Arham Labs and be part of a multidisciplinary team that delivers digital transformation solutions to drive the growth of digital businesses.,
