Sr. UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Lemon Yellow, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing client's digital products to meet and exceed user expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences. Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform design decisions. - Collaborate with product managers to define user personas and user journeys. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and interactions. - Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Ensure consistency in design elements such as typography, colors, and icons. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure design consistency across products. Advocate for the use of design system components and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align on design goals. Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, especially Figma to continuously improve your skills. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in the design field (e.g., Graphic design, HCI, interaction design). - Minimum 4 - 5 years of professional full-time experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design process and work. - Proficiency in design and prototyping Figma tools is a must-have. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar will be an added advantage. - Experience in user interface designs for all devices (Mobiles, iPads, Desktop/Laptop). - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a user-centric approach to design with problem-solving skills.
