About the Role

We are hiring smart and enthusiastic female candidates for the role of Holiday Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an interest in sales and marketing, and a passion for travel. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the travel or tourism industry are preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking holiday packages
• Provide information on destinations, itineraries, and travel options
• Promote holiday packages through calls, emails, and social media
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up professionally
• Coordinate with travel partners, hotels, and transport providers
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year experience in holidays/tourism preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
• Strong interest in travel and tourism
• Good marketing and sales skills
• Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Ability to communicate in Hindi and Malayalam is required

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism is a plus
