SEWAK (Social and Environmental Welfare Association of Khilchipur) is a leading non-profit organization working since 2005 to empower marginalized communities through skill development, livelihood promotion, education, and social welfare initiatives. We partner with government bodies, corporates, and international agencies to drive sustainable and inclusive development in rural and underserved areas.

The Role:

We are seeking a female visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead SEWAK’s strategic growth, program excellence, and stakeholder engagement. The CEO will drive organizational development, scale operations, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that SEWAK’s mission of fostering dignity, self-reliance, and socio-economic transformation reaches new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide strategic leadership and organizational governance

✅ Lead partnerships with government, CSR, donors, and development agencies

✅ Expand skill development and livelihood programs across states

✅ Ensure program impact, financial sustainability, and compliance

✅ Build and mentor a high-performing team

✅ Represent SEWAK at national and international forums

What We Are Looking For:

✔ Proven leadership experience in NGOs, development sectors, or related fields

✔ Strong understanding of skill development, livelihoods, CSR, and rural development

✔ Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

✔ Experience in fundraising, governance, and program management

✔ Passion for social change and commitment to inclusion and community empowerment

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
