Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, delivering training sessions, and overseeing sales operations. You will engage with potential clients, deliver presentations, gather customer insights, and work closely with the team to drive revenue and brand growth. We are looking for a high-performing SaaS Product Sales Executive who can drive product adoption, manage qualified leads, and close deals with startup, mid-market, and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer pain points, presenting product demos, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (inside sales preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zendesk).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply.
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-driven, competitive nature with a growth mindset.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and support team development
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR technology sector, is a plus
  • Experience selling HRTech, fintech, or workflow automation tools.
  • Prior exposure to startup or fast-paced tech companies.
  • Understanding of lead scoring, outbound strategies, and SDR workflows.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Research industry trends and target customer segments.

2. Product Demonstration & Pitching

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to business use cases.
  • Explain product value, ROI, and use-case mapping effectively.

3. Sales Cycle Management

  • Handle end-to-end sales process: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closure.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track all communication and pipeline stages.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for improvements based on customer insights.
  • Support smooth onboarding handover to customer success.

5. Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and success teams for alignment.
