Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing marketing campaigns, and conducting training sessions related to sales. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals while playing a key part in promoting Harshas Academy’s offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist clients Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute effective sales strategies Experience in training and guiding customers or team members to ensure successful service delivery Proven organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment Knowledge of educational technology and relevant training platforms is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
