Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves delivering effective product training, managing sales operations, and collaborating with teams to drive marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business objectives and lead sales efforts
• Experience in delivering Training programs to enhance customer understanding of products
• Proven ability to strategize and execute marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and market presence
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an advantage
