Job Description

As the Sales and Marketing Director APAC, you will play a crucial role in leading all sales, marketing, product management, and operational functions across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver profitable growth, drive digital and supply chain excellence, engage customers strategically, and foster high-performance regional teams. You will be instrumental in aligning APAC market strategies with the global vision while addressing the unique challenges and opportunities in each country. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies tailored to the diverse APAC markets, aligned with global growth objectives. - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations throughout the region. - Champion 4.0 digital initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement across APAC through digital selling and data-driven tools. - Drive change management and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation, accountability, and operational excellence. - Set, communicate, and monitor clear sales targets and KPIs aligned with regional business plans. - Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales organization across APAC while recruiting and developing top talent. - Drive sales pipeline management, ensure accurate forecasting, and opportunity conversion. - Develop and implement key account strategies, nurture strong long-term customer, supplier, and regulatory relationships. - Collaborate with commercial teams and marketing to design effective go-to-market strategies and promotional plans. - Lead the development and execution of marketing plans focusing on core specialty chemical segments including Paper, Water, and Leather. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred. - 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operations in specialty chemicals or related industries, with demonstrated regional or multi-country experience in APAC. - Proven record of driving sales growth, marketing impact, successful product launches, and supply chain efficiencies in complex diverse markets. - Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and profitability management. - Expertise in digital transformation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. - Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated ability to build and inspire high-performing cross-cultural teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region.,
