Job Description: Sales & Marketing Director (2–5 Years Experience) Position Overview We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead revenue growth, brand positioning, and customer acquisition. This role is ideal for a high-potential professional with up to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related functions who is ready to take ownership and build strategies from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Identify new markets, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. Drive the entire sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing. Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting using CRM tools. Marketing Management Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, performance ads). Drive brand visibility through targeted content, events, and promotional activities. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Business Strategy Develop go-to-market strategies for new products or services. Align sales and marketing goals to support company growth. Recommend pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. Team Collaboration Coordinate with product, operations, and leadership teams for smooth execution. Manage external agencies, freelancers, or vendors when required. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Ability to understand customers, identify needs, and craft effective solutions. High ownership mindset, creativity, and willingness to learn quickly. Preferred Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business (preferred but not mandatory). Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of branding, lead generation, and customer lifecycle.
