1. Job PurposeTo promote, market, and sell batteries (automotive, inverter, solar, e-rickshaw, and industrial) in the assigned territory, achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining brand reputation. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential dealers, distributors, and corporate clients. Market Development Develop and expand dealer/distributor network. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Identify new market opportunities and report competitor activities. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Build strong relationships to ensure repeat sales. Product Knowledge & Promotion Understand and explain technical specifications of various battery products. Promote company products through marketing campaigns, roadshows, and exhibitions. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and submit to management. Coordinate with the supply chain for timely delivery. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections. 3. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of battery types (Lead-acid, Tubular, Lithium-ion, etc.) and their applications. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good networking and relationship-building skills. Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
