Sales & Marketing Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar products and solutions (Solar Panels, Inverters, Rooftop Solutions, Solar Water Pumps, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct sales, channel partners, and institutional tie-ups. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional) and generate leads. Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and explain solar solutions to customers. Promote solar rooftop systems, solar pumps, solar street lights, and other solar products. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost-benefit analyses to clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the technical team for system design, installation, and after-sales service. Maintain sales records, prepare MIS reports, and update CRM on regular basis. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and awareness programs to promote solar energy. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of sales experience in solar, renewable energy, or electrical products (freshers with strong skills may be considered). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of solar products, government policies, and subsidies will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools. Key CompetenciesTarget-oriented and self-motivated.
