Job Description

We are seeking candidates who are adaptable and open to travel to various locations including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai, and Nagpur. Qualifications and Requirements: - Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Diploma in Medical Devices, Biomedical, Instrumentation, BBM, BBA, MSc/BSc in Electronics, medical devices or related fields are encouraged to apply. - Must have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role within the medical equipment industry. - Demonstrated success in medical device sales with a strong track record. - Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and medical devices. - Self-motivated, target-oriented individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills. - Ability to effectively train and educate healthcare professionals. - Proficiency in English and local language with strong computer skills including MS Office applications. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. - Previous experience with Neonatal devices and ICU Ventilators is preferred. Role and Responsibility: - Generate leads by meeting with Doctors and Hospital Administrators to promote company products in the fields of Neonatal, Critical care, & Respiratory care. - Collaborate with local dealers, identify potential clients through market research, networking, and competitor analysis. - Business development, customer acquisition, and satisfaction by effectively presenting product value propositions during sales pitches, trade shows, and other opportunities. - Conduct cold-calling to create interest in products, generate new business leads, and schedule meetings. - Provide proposals to interested customers, negotiate per company guidelines, and follow up to secure orders. - Cultivate strong relationships with Doctors, Paramedical staff, and Purchase Departments to drive business growth. - Conduct installations and demonstrations to ensure customers are knowledgeable about safe and efficient equipment usage. - Document customer feedback, complete necessary forms, reports, logs, and records. - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates.,
