Position Overview: We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the voice of the customer and the market, helping position Velorona as the go-to solution for modern workforce and vendor management. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market strategy, product launches, and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling messaging that clearly communicates the value of Velorona’s features across personas (clients, sub-vendors, employees, and administrators). Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the launch of new features and updates, working with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution. Market Research & Insights: Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform product development and marketing campaigns. Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, case studies, pitch decks, and product one-pagers to support revenue teams. Customer Education: Develop onboarding guides, how-it-works content, and feature walkthroughs to drive user adoption and engagement. Campaign Development: Collaborate with demand generation teams on campaigns and content strategies that highlight Velorona’s differentiators. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness to continuously refine positioning and messaging. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or HRTech/FinTech platforms. Proven success launching SaaS products or features from ideation to scale. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Strong understanding of buyer journeys and SaaS customer lifecycles. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Figma, and Google Analytics. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in workforce solutions, staffing, or vendor management platforms. Background in creating marketing content for technical products. Understanding of compliance and invoicing workflows in B2B systems. Why Velorona?
