Replacement of Mr Protyush Paul as he is moving for ACXM profile. Hence new RTM needs to be recruited as per CX org structure Roles and Responsibilities • • Support dealers in the assigned territory to recruit Manpower as per guidelines • Training of dealer's Sales force through TNA • Enhancing the knowledge level of sales force on Product, Process and Soft skill. • Support development of training modules • Conduct new hire induction • Streamlining of incentive and salary structure for sales team members at dealership; and ensure disbursement • Personally, coach/mentor critical talent on their performance to take on their job roles effectively • Conduct sales audit for dealership & organize sales reviews • Implementation of human capital standards and managing customer experience across dealer network • Conduct employee engagement programs to ensure retention of dealer manpower • Liaise with KIN RM, RSM, ASM & Central Training Team to develop training & development strategies for the assigned
