We are Hiring for Learning and Development Executive for our Electronics Component in Oragadam Chennai
We need candidates only from a Manufacturing / Electronics / Automotive Domains.
Purpose of the Role
The L&D Specialist will partner with business leaders and HR teams to design, deliver and evaluate learning programs that build capability, drive performance and support Clients growth. They will focus on technical training, leadership behavioural development, onboarding, and continuous improvement of learning
practices across the India site(s).
Qualifications & Skills
Masters degree in Human Resource Management ( MA HRM, MBA,
MSW(HR)
3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in
manufacturing / production environment (high volume, technical skills
context).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable delivering training to
both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in designing blended learning programs (classroom + e-learning +
on-the-job training) and working with LMS or training platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management skills ability to partner with business,
HR, operations and drive learning initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; working knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus (given location in Tamil Nadu).
Proactive, self-motivated, organised, able to manage multiple projects
concurrently and within timelines.
Experience or familiarity with manufacturing operations / engineering context is desirable (e.g., ability to translate technical skills into training).
