Job description We are Hiring for Quality Engineer for our Plaastic Injection Molding Component Manufacturing in Irungattukottai Candidates must be from Plastic Technology / CIPET / NTTF / GTTC / Diploma in Plastic Mold. Job Responsibility of TM-Quality Engineer: 1. The Team Member Quality is responsible for day to day activities of quality activities. 2. Must be from IATF & process Audit MRM Activities, System Audit NC Closure , SPC Report and PPAP Audit 2. Must strictly adhere to IATF 16949 processes. 3. Must carry out root cause analysis for all in house and customer related quality issues. 4. Achieve Objectives of the company; 5. Train all personnel to achieve quality objectives. 6. Attend Monthly Management review meetings. 7. Conduct quality meeting every day in your Team. 8. Provide regular Management reports rejection analysis, quality problems solved, OEE, Improvements carried out. 9. Revise SOP from time to time and implements. 10. Advise Team Leader Production from time to time on improved quality measure. 11. Must adhere to company timings and rules and regulations.
