Job Description

Department -QA-IPQA DP Activities-

Responsible to report any deviation, OOS observed at shop floor level and involvement in initiation and review of change controls, Deviations, CAPAs, Risk Assessments, Market Complaints and Product Recalls.
Responsible to involve in the line clearance and monitor shop floor activities at each and every stage of Vial decartoning, Vial washing, Filtration, Filling, sealing, Visual inspection (AQL), Carton coding, Vial labelling, Packing and Dispatch activities at Production formulation department.
Online verification and review of BMRs, and BPRs.

Department -QA-IPQA DS Activities-

To perform QA activities for receipt of material from warehouse to production.
Review of production batch documents like BMRs and GMP records to comply with quality systems.
Involvement in review of Deviations, CAPAs, Risk Assessments, Market Complaints and Product Recalls.
Preparation of APQR (Annual Product Quality Review) reports for all the commercial products.
