Role & responsibilities Locations:- Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai & Delhi Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Integration: Work on integrating SAP IBP with other SAP systems such as S/4 Hana private/public and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. Customization and Enhancement: Develop custom solutions and enhancements within SAP IBP to address specific client needs and improve system functionality. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of SAP IBP configurations and customizations, ensuring system reliability and performance. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP IBP functionalities. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, to deliver high-quality SAP IBP solutions. Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive relevant experience in SAP IBP implementation and configuration Strong experience of supply chain planning processes, CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) and RTI (Real-Time Integration) In-depth understanding of SAP IBP functionalities, integration points with other SAP modules, and data models. Proven experience in leading and managing end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in training end-users and developing user documentation for SAP IBP solutions
