Senior Manager Training Delivery & Academic Excellence.

Role & responsibilities

3-year College Excellence Program

This role is ideal for a senior training leader who can manage large trainer ecosystems, ensure high-quality delivery of technical and career-readiness programs, and drive measurable learner outcomes including placements and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure high-quality delivery of all training interventions including placement readiness bootcamps, future skills certifications, faculty development, leadership programs, hackathons, and industry sessions.
  
• Own and manage the

  master training calendar

  across 5–10 colleges with zero missed sessions.
• Lead, coach, and monitor performance of full-time, freelance, and industry trainers (20–50 trainers).
  
• Conduct training quality audits, standardize pedagogy, lesson plans, and assessments.
  
• Track learner engagement, attendance, completion, and assessment performance to drive placement readiness.
  
• Oversee assessments, project evaluations, hackathons, and certification outcomes.
  
• Ensure accurate reporting, dashboards, and

• Collaborate closely with program managers, placement teams, faculty, college leadership, and CSR partners.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in

  Training Delivery, Academic Operations, L&D, EdTech, or Skill Development

  .
• Proven experience managing large trainer teams and multi-location delivery.
  
• Strong expertise in academic planning, training quality, pedagogy, and MIS reporting.
  
• Experience with technical and behavioural training programs.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Exposure to AI/ML, Cloud, Data Science, IoT, or emerging technology programs.
  
• Experience with project-based learning, hackathons, or CSR-led education initiatives.
