Job Description

Position Title: Corporate Communication Executive / Assistant to placement Head.

Location: Geeta University, Panipat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Communication:

  • Draft, review, and respond to professional emails on behalf of the Dept Head

  • Maintain clear and concise communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Handle official social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant updates.

  • Develop content strategies to enhance the universitys/company’s online presence.

  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to improve engagement.

3. Corporate Follow-Ups:

  • Coordinate and maintain follow-ups with partner companies and potential collaborators.

  • Ensure timely updates and reminders for ongoing projects and commitments.

4. Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, workshop and seminars.

  • Handle logistics, invitations, and on-site execution to ensure events run smoothly.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Maintain the head’s schedule, ensuring all meetings and deadlines are efficiently managed.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other relevant documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Hr, professional degree or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communication, social media management, or administrative roles.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic analytics tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proactive approach to follow-ups and meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
