As a Placement Manager (Marketing Specialization) at ASBS MBA, your role will involve leading placement efforts for students specializing in Marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring successful student placements in Marketing & Sales roles within BFSI and Real Estate industries, as well as in the Digital Marketing domain across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Build and strengthen relationships with recruiters in BFSI, Real Estate, and Digital Marketing domains. - Identify and onboard new corporate partners for sales, marketing, and digital marketing roles. - Liaise with HR heads, business leaders, and hiring managers to understand evolving skill requirements. - Develop and execute placement strategies specifically for students pursuing Marketing specialization. - Design and manage placement calendars, ensuring alignment with industry recruitment cycles. - Ensure effective student-job role mapping for BFSI sales roles, real estate marketing roles, and digital marketing assignments. - Conduct pre-placement training and workshops focused on marketing careers (sales strategies, digital marketing tools, BFSI domain knowledge, real estate sector insights). - Guide students on resume building, interview skills, and case-based assessments relevant to marketing roles. - Mentor students in understanding and adapting to the dynamics of sales and marketing careers in BFSI, real estate, and digital-first companies. - Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement status, and recruiter interactions. - Track and report placement performance, trends, and opportunities to leadership. - Use analytics to forecast hiring trends and adjust placement efforts proactively. Requirement: - Relevant experience with B-Schools will be preferred. Note: Remuneration for this position is Rs 6-9L based on experience and profile.
