Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Plan, execute, and

  independently manage paid campaigns

  on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and conversions
• Run WhatsApp leads, lead form campaigns, and custom audience targeting
• Set up Pixel, Events, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking

AI Tools & Prompt Engineering

• Use ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Jasper, etc. to generate ad copy, creatives, and performance reports
• Apply prompt engineering to automate content ideas, competitor research, and campaign suggestions
• Collaborate with the design team using AI-driven visual tools (e.g., Canva AI, Midjourney)

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS and optimize for cost efficiency
• Use GA4, Meta Insights, and GTM to track campaign goals and user flow
• Share weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• A/B test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the SEO, content, and admissions team
• Contribute to funnel optimization, creative briefs, and lead nurturing strategies
• Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, education space, and student behavior

Requirements

• 2–4 years of

  independent experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, custom audiences, remarketing
• Working knowledge of

  GA4, GTM, and Meta Events Manager

• Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering for digital marketing
• Prior experience in education, edtech, or lead-gen businesses preferred
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field
