📍 Location : Vashi | 💼 Salary Range : ₹20,000–₹35,000/month (Negotiable based on experience) About the Role ASBS MBA is hiring a talented and fast-thinking Graphic Designer to create scroll-stopping, high-conversion visuals for campaigns, social media, digital ads, print materials, and campus branding. You’ll work closely with the marketing, admissions, and video teams to deliver creatives that speak to Gen Z audiences and reflect the brand’s academic credibility and career focus. This role is ideal for a designer who’s passionate about education marketing, student communication, and impactful visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Visual Design & Branding Design static posts, carousels, banners, brochures, standees, infographics, and more Maintain visual consistency across all ASBS MBA brand assets Ensure alignment with brand guidelines (fonts, colors, logo placement, tone) Adapt visuals for digital (Meta, YouTube, website) and offline (print, campus branding) formats Social Media & Ad Creatives Design mobile-first creatives for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Create visuals for test prep ads, MBA campaigns, placement stories, certification promotions Deliver high-conversion visual hooks, CTA placement, and A/B creative versions Collaborate with the copy and performance team to refine messaging hierarchy AI Tools & Prompt-Based Creativity Use tools like Canva Pro, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT prompts for concept generation Apply prompt engineering for visual themes, layout ideas, and mockups Print & Campus Branding Assets Create print-ready designs for brochures, flyers, banners, standees, invites, and event kits Support in-campus visual branding (classroom signage, reception boards, seminar backdrops) Creative Asset Management Maintain organized creative folders, design templates, and editable files Prepare visual libraries for commonly used icons, logos, brand elements Assist in updating existing creatives and resizing based on campaign requirements Requirements 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (education or youth brands preferred) Proficiency in Corel Draw , Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Pro Knowledge of creative trends in Gen Z, education, and social design Ability to follow brand tone while introducing fresh design concepts Basic knowledge of print specs, resolution formats, and file exporting Familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based ideation is a big plus Good communication and team collaboration skills he ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 2-4 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills Portfolio of work Show more Show less
