š Location : Vashi | š¼ Salary : ā¹30,000āā¹40,000/month About the Role ASBS MBA is hiring a technically strong and self-reliant Website & SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our website and organic performance. Youāll manage SEO strategy, implement website updates, and track user behaviorāall while being the sole point of contact for web and SEO operations . Use of AI tools , prompt engineering , and setup and usage of GA4 are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Content Optimization Perform keyword research, content planning, and clustering Optimize pages using AI tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, NeuronWriter) for scalable content execution Apply prompt engineering to generate SEO-rich content, meta tags, and FAQs Implement on-page SEO: titles, headers, interlinking, schema markup Publish & update landing pages, course info, and blog content Technical SEO & Website Management Conduct technical audits: Core Web Vitals, site speed, indexing, crawlability Handle structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects Independently manage WordPress siteābuild/edit pages, install plugins, fix layout issues Set up and troubleshoot lead forms, popups, CTAs, and plugins No separate tech teamāthis is a hands-on technical role Analytics & Reporting Setup and usage of GA4 is essential : implement events, goals, and user tracking Analyze user journeys, bounce rates, and conversions via GA4 Use GA4, GSC, and GTM to inform landing page improvements and CRO Monitor organic performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog Generate monthly performance reports with actionables Requirements 2ā4 years of experience in SEO + website management Strong WordPress skills + basic HTML/CSS Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC) Must be able to set up and use GA4 independently Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering for SEO at scale Ability to own all web and SEO functions without developer support Experience in education/lead-gen websites is preferred The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.
