Role Overview

ASBS MBA is building India’s most industry-connected MBA. We’re looking for a Program Executive to coordinate CXO sessions, manage guest lectures, and support campus events that bring real-world exposure to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with industry leaders via LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls
• Plan and manage expert sessions across Marketing, Digital, Real Estate, and more
• Coordinate events like Real Estate Conclave and Digital Marketing Day
• Align sessions with the MBA curriculum and recruiter expectations
• Liaise with faculty and students to ensure smooth execution

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Education, or Communication
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and professional presence

Experience

• 1–3 years in academic coordination, corporate relations, event management, or similar roles
• Freshers with excellent communication and interest in education are encouraged to apply
