Job Summary. The role is responsible for managing sales in a specific territory. The key accountabilities include business development and increase in market share by addition of new customers, retention of existing customers and managing outstanding credit collections in the region. Monitor and track the collection of credit in the region and make sure the collections are as per the expected timelines. People. Review the sales performance of each Sales Manager in the region and provide strategic guidance to the team. Oversee facilitation of a conducive work environment that ensures high employee engagement levels in the team. Manage the resolution of issues escalated from team members & key stakeholders. DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE-Qualification. Graduation / Post Graduation Sales & Marketing with 10-12 yrs of experience in similar role in a fast paced growth organization 5+ years of experience in a Logistics industry or related field. Knowledge & Abilities. Ability to understand customer requirements. Knowledge of market dynamics in courier, transportation and logistics industry.
