You provide software and application expertise and analysis to support implementation of the strategy and the solution.

How you will contribute

You will provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. To excel in this role, you will recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks for a specific application. In addition, you will identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, and oversee them, work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components that are aligned with security policy and governance, ensure adherence configuration standards and processes, and share your knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.

About the Role

Digital is an evolving space at Mondelez International. Digital Automation encapsulates projects considered as Robotic Process Automation and No Code Low code to drive digital disruptive automation ideas across the organization. These are projects that will run on Agile methodology and for a duration of typically 8-12 weeks.

Automations CoE is an offering created to identify and solve business opportunities/ problem by leveraging automation technologies like RPA, No code low code platforms etc. ensuring right governance, scalability and reliability of the automations deployed

In this role, you will design and oversee the implementation of technical solutions to meet specific business problems and organizational goals. You will also help engineer and deploy cutting edge capabilities in this area

What you need to know about this position:

The incumbent MUST HAVE:

Experience in Automation technologies - Automation Anywhere (must), Intelligent Document Processing, Python scripting and Power automate Hands on experience around coding, designing, laying down design principles and architecting new capabilities Exposure to hyper automation technologies like AI/ML to be used in conjunction with RPA and process mining technologies like Celonis is preferred SAP BTP exposure will be nice to have

Key Responsibilities

Platform Leadership & Governance

• Own the overall design principles, architecture standards, and coding best practices for the RPA platform.
• Maintain and evolve the platform roadmap in partnership with OEMs and delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, architecture, and governance standards.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Architect end-to-end automation solutions across the SDLC, from requirements to deployment.
• Approve technical designs, estimates, and solution viability.
• Provide hands-on coding and design support where needed.
• Contribute to delivery process improvements, working closely with Delivery Leads.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Explore and integrate hyperautomation technologies (AI/ML, intelligent document processing, process mining).
• Lead proof-of-concepts for new automation capabilities and platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously upskill through certifications and training.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, product managers, enterprise architects, security)
• define roadmap / journey, source use cases and maintain products built with the RPA Platforms.
• Mentor and coach RPA developers, bringing expertise beyond a typical developer role.
• Communicate technical findings and solution recommendations effectively through presentations and visualizations.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee RPA platform performance, solution maintenance, and reporting hubs.
• maintain RPA technical infrastructure/set – up in case of new capabilities in Automation Anywhere
• Understand long term stability and effectiveness of the automation solutions
• Ensure coding standards and security remediation practices are followed.
• Manage multiple priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• 6+ years’ experience in RPA technology & product, with hands on knowledge & expertise in coding & application development; 4+ years in RPA development on Automation Anywhere
• Basic Knowledge in other tools like SQL, VB Scripting, Python, Power Platform, Process Mining Tools, OCR extraction implementation and AI/ML models to name a few
• Exposure to AI/ML, Celonis process mining, and SAP BTP preferred
• Experience with GitHub or other version-control tools
• Experience with in integrating different applications using web services or REST APIs and on infrastructure models like VDIs//Servers etc
• Strong understanding of software design principles and application architecture.
• Proven track record of learning new skills proactively and applied it to business opportunities
• Understand the impact of data and digital technologies in the context of business

Professional Skills

• Proven ability to architect and implement automation solutions at scale.
• Ability to translate business challenges to technical solutions
• Product manager/owner experience in a technology company preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a global, fast-changing environment.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Tier1 MBA preferred
• Relevant certifications in automation platforms or cloud technologies preferred.

Additional Details

• Travel Requirement: Up to 10%.
