How You'll Make an Impact
- Work closely with teams to identify business requirements, functional design, and process design, and build UiPath workflows accordingly.
- Analyze business processes to uncover automation opportunities and propose a comprehensive RPA strategy.
- Create detailed Process Description Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) to guide project execution.
- Provide scalable solution proposals by assessing the RPA client architecture and offering insights from documentation.
- Update RPA customers and team members throughout project delivery, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Design automation processes tailored to the operational needs of the organization.
- Script and code in the UiPath tool to resolve automation issues effectively.
- Identify and support solution designs for production challenges and enhancements in collaboration with the business and the RPA team.
- Document the scope, benefits, restrictions, and risks associated with RPA automation projects, capturing current manual operations.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to generate easily understood business requirements documentation for the automation process.
- Identify and document best practices for long-term RPA adoption.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with customers, considering change management implications when implementing new RPA processes.
- Deliver critical business analysis artifacts for the design, solution, and execution of medium and large projects using standard processes and techniques.
- Conduct process diagnostics to identify opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring
- A minimum of a B.Tech qualification and 4-7 years of experience working with the UiPath RPA platform.
- Strong understanding of SDLC phases, including requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing, UAT, and operational transition.
- Knowledge of attended, unattended, and hybrid RPA automations, with experience in identifying RPA opportunities and preparing PDD/SDD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and as a standout colleague.
- UiPath Business Analyst and Developer certifications are a plus, along with critical analytical thinking and strategic planning skills.
