Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Room Service Order Taker in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate room service orders efficiently.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
