Pentimenti.ai, a fast-growing B2B SaaS scaleup based in Denmark, is looking for a foundational Revenue Operations Manager. You will be the chief architect of our entire Go-to-Market (GTM) operational framework, working as a direct strategic partner to our COO, Johan Håkansson. This isn't a maintenance role; you will build our revenue engine from the ground up and scale it across Europe.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Architect & Own Our GTM Tech Stack:
You will be the single owner of HubSpot, our GTM truth source. Your mission is to ensure pristine data quality, build powerful automation, and create insightful reporting for our Marketing, SDR, Sales (AE), and Customer Success teams.Engineer a Scalable Revenue Machine:
Design, implement, and optimize robust processes across the entire SaaS customer journey—from initial lead acquisition and onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal.Deliver Actionable Intelligence, Not Just Data:
Create and manage dashboards that track our most critical SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV:CAC, NRR, Churn). You will be responsible for translating data into strategic insights for leadership and investor reporting.Automate & Integrate Everything:
Use your hands-on Python skills to connect our tech stack (HubSpot, billing, finance tools), eliminate manual work, and ensure a seamless flow of data across the business.Become the GTM Process Expert:
Identify bottlenecks that hinder growth, design data-driven playbooks that reduce friction, and work with team leads to improve win rates and optimize CAC efficiency.
This Role is for You If:
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales/Marketing Ops role within a B2B SaaS company.
- You are a
HubSpot power user
who thinks in workflows, custom objects, and data models. You have a proven track record of architecting HubSpot to serve the entire revenue team. - You have practical,
hands-on experience with Python
for data analysis and integrations (e.g., using libraries like Pandas or Requests to connect APIs and automate data flows). - You have a deep understanding of SaaS growth levers and can articulate the story behind the metrics (CACPayback, LTV:CAC, NRR, Rule of 40).
- You have experience working across the full revenue cycle and can empathize with the challenges faced by Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- You possess a
systems-first mindset
with an exceptional ability to translate complex problems and data into clear, actionable plans for senior leadership. - Your communication skills in English are excellent, especially in writing. You are a proactive communicator, comfortable with driving initiatives autonomously.
Bonus Points For:
Direct experience working within a European or US B2B business context.
You understand the nuances of international GTM motions and collaboration across time zones.- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (like GDPR) and their impact on marketing and sales operations.

Salary Range:
