Revenue Manager

Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end revenue recognition process including design, implementation, and documentation in compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with sales, legal, deal desk, and revenue teams to review contract terms and ensure proper revenue treatment
- Lead and develop the local team to manage recurring revenue close tasks and enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze customer contracts and pricing models to validate revenue accuracy and compliance with ASC606 and related regulations
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and fluctuation analysis
- Assist in audit preparations and respond to external auditors' data requests
- Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reporting accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting within a public company or Big 4 environment
- Strong knowledge of multi-element revenue recognition under GAAP, including ASC 605-25, ASC 606, and related guidance
- Experience reviewing SaaS, License, OEM, and Professional Services contracts for revenue implications
- Proficient in working with large data volumes and applying data analytics during close processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally
