About the Role Responsibility

Agency connect:

• On boarding a customer
• Quality Control policies and procedures to decide to accept of new clients
• Ensure that all existing and new customer codes are maintained properly with proper documentation
• Ensure customer code creation and maintaining existing ones with proper documentation as per KYC norms.
• Credit Control and Credit Management
• Customer Relationship management
• Implement processes to check credibility of clients for secured and unsecured business, ensure adherence to credit norms, conduct risk analysis and verify credit history in order to minimize risk.

Recovery and Collection

• To drive and monitor the credit and collection process from Government and Advertising Agencies including key metrics like Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Customer interface with Government & Advertising agencies for collections.
• Dispute management and resolution w.r.t advertising revenues.
• TDS certificates collection.

MIS, finance dept reporting

• Month end reports/Presentation relating to revenue and collections
• Calculation of Classified, Display and Canvasser incentive
• Month Closing checklist adherence
• Initiating Process Control / Cost Control measures

IT Tools

• Customer Database maintenance
• Working knowledge in SAP
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in revenue assurance, with a strong focus on collections, preferably in the media or newspaper industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in revenue assurance or a related field.
