Interested candidates can share their updated resume on abhishek.nair@joinventures.comLocation - Mumbai (Andheri - Marol)Working Days - 5 Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Retention Marketing to execute and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications. The ideal candidate should bring a solid understanding of campaign management tools, segmentation strategy, and performance analytics to drive user engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution:Implement targeted campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification channels as per the monthly campaign calendar.Communication Strategy:Customize communication strategies for various user segments to improve engagement and retention.Performance Tracking:Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, etc.) and optimize campaigns to meet ROI and engagement goals.Channel Optimization:Ensure high deliverability, minimal churn, and optimum performance across all CLM channels.Collaboration:Coordinate with design, content, analytics, and product teams to execute integrated campaigns smoothly. What We’re Looking For:2–3 years of hands-on experience in campaign management and customer journeys, preferably in a digital-first or B2C setup.Experience working with CLM tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, Smartech, Adobe Campaign, or Oracle Responsys.Good command of English with a strong eye for detail and design sensibility to review creatives and content.Solid understanding of channel-specific metrics and benchmarks (deliverability, CTR, CVR, etc.).Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Familiarity with marketing automation and customer segmentation principles.Exposure to A/B testing and campaign experiment design.
