About the Role: IGP is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our Corporate Gifting team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about B2B Sales and New Business Development , with a knack for building strong client relationships and delivering tailored gifting solutions. As a part of one of Indias leading gifting platforms, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our corporate client base. Key Responsibilities: Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Research and identify potential clients through various channels. Reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Pitch and present IGPs corporate gifting solutions to prospects. Prepare customized quotes and proposals. Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM and sales tools. Maintain and update client data in the CRM database. Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent after-sales service. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings and reviews. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma / GED (Graduation preferred). 14 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in B2B or corporate sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong customer-first attitude.
