Retention Marketing

You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and business growth as a Retention Marketing Lead at Healthy Master. Your role will involve optimizing campaigns, enhancing customer lifetime value, and delivering measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Clevertap, or ActiveCampaign to design automated workflows and customer journeys. - Manage email campaigns effectively through segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, HTML email templates, and deliverability optimization. - Develop and implement customer retention strategies including lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, and churn reduction tactics. - Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or SQL to generate actionable insights for campaign optimization. - Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales for efficient customer data management and segmentation. - Coordinate digital marketing and multi-channel campaigns across platforms including push notifications, SMS campaigns, in-app messaging, and social remarketing. - Apply technical and creative skills including knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates and strong copywriting abilities for personalized campaigns. - Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously through effective project management and coordination with tech, product, and business teams. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience in retention marketing, growth marketing, CRM management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing channels. - Technical proficiency in SQL, analytics tools, or marketing technology platforms is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through innovative retention campaigns.
