Job Overview:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-end clients, luxury brands, and corporates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and tailored solutions.
  • Create and present luxury gifting proposals and customized sales pitches.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with strategic and client-focused approaches.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to deliver on-trend gifting solutions.
  • Oversee post-sales processes, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1-2year experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the luxury goods, snacks, or high-end retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of Snacks market dynamics, sales principles, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to create customized gifting solutions that reflect both the client’s and the company’s luxury standards.
  • A keen sense of style, snacks awareness, and a passion for luxury products. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in luxury gifting, snacks, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong network of high-end clients, corporate executives, and influencers.
  • Knowledge of sustainable luxury gifting trends and eco-friendly practices.
