Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Sheraton Grand. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing high-quality restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.
Manage staff performance, providing guidance and training to improve customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize menu offerings and pricing.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork among staff members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and staff.
Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and labor laws.
