About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the complete Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service and bar management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while adapting to the dynamic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations including restaurant, café, and bar service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all departments.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Plan schedules and manage shift changes with operational flexibility.
• Execute promotions and initiatives to drive sales and brand engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, FSSAI standards, and licensing laws.
• Generate performance reports and suggest operational improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant or F&B Manager, preferably in a café or casual dining brand.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
