Location: Assagao, North Goa Position: Property Manager Experience: Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality (Postcard Hotel preferred) Joining: Immediate (preferable) We're seeking a Property Manager with hands-on experience in luxury guest service , operations, and team leadership — ideally from The Postcard Hotel or similar high-end boutique properties. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including hotel, restaurant, and café Maintain luxury service standards and attention to detail across departments Lead, train, and inspire the hospitality team Manage budgets, vendor relations, guest feedback, and SOPs Ensure property upkeep, aesthetics, and ambiance align with brand vision Coordinate with marketing, events, and back-end operations Requirements: 3+ years in boutique luxury hospitality Prior experience in a managerial role at Postcard Hotel or similar brands (a must-have or strong preference) Strong knowledge of hotel operations, F&B, guest relations, and service excellence Goa-based or willing to relocate What We Offer: Competitive salary Accommodation support if relocating For More Details Contact on :9974463330 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Property management: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 10/06/2025
