Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:

The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, high-quality service, and profitability. They are responsible for managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling financials, and ensuring compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Maintain inventory levels, control wastage, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic accounting.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
