Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurants and hotels, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
