Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth service flow, maintain quality standards, manage staff, and drive overall business performance. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise, guest-centric thinking, and the ability to run a high-energy bar & dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless FOH & BOH coordination
• Lead, train, and supervise the service team; manage shift schedules
• Maintain high standards of guest interaction, service quality, and ambience
• Handle guest queries, feedback, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, ordering, vendor coordination, and stock controls
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing protocols
• Track sales performance, create reports, and support P&L management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue
• Oversee bar operations along with bar team to maintain premium beverage standards
• Support HR in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Uphold brand values, culture, and service ethos of Gulmohar

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in restaurant management (bar experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach with ability to manage peak hours efficiently
• Knowledge of modern Indian dining, bar setups, and guest experience trends
• Understanding of POS systems, billing, inventory, and basic P&L
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver under pressure
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak shifts

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
