Roles & Responsibilities : * Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality Italian food and service. * Lead, train, and schedule staff. * Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest concerns. * Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control. * Coordinate with the chef on menus and specials. * Handle financial tasks such as reports, budgets, and cash procedures. * Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the restaurant. * Support marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
