"Urgent Hiring for Bartender "(Mumbai based candidates only)

Location : BKC

Experience : 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, shelves, glassware, and equipment.
• Ensure all beverages are properly stocked and inventory levels are maintained.
• Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest age as required.
• Engage with guests courteously and professionally; recommend beverages and upsell menu items.
• Assist in bar opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Monitor the bar area to ensure guest safety and compliance with regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues, shortages, or customer feedback to the manager promptly.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene as per company standards.
