Location: BKC Experience: 4–10 years Job Type: Full Time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented *Executive Accountant* to support both the *financial operations* and *strategic initiatives* of our fast-growing restaurant and hospitality group. This critical role blends core *accounting, tax, and statutory compliance* with *internal audit, cost control, and operational coordination* for the MD’s Office, playing a key role in driving *efficiency, accuracy, and profitability*. *Key Responsibilities: *Accounting, Taxation & Statutory Compliance* * Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger entries. * Ensure timely and accurate calculation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. * Handle all aspects of statutory compliance related to payroll, including timely deposit and return filing for Professional Tax (PT), Provident Fund (PF), and ESIC. * Ensure adherence to all relevant labour law compliances in coordination with the HR/Payroll function. * Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports. * Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and financial controls across restaurant units. --- *Internal Audit, Cost Control & Inventory * Execute internal audits of financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency across all F&B outlets. * Develop and implement strategies for cost control and expenditure management to maximize profitability. * Oversee and audit inventory management systems and physical counts to ensure accuracy and minimize wastage. * Conduct detailed menu costing analysis and profitability reports. * Assist with external audits, maintaining robust documentation. Hospitality / F&B Operational Support * Liaise closely with restaurant operations teams for financial data, vendor invoices, and procurement alignment. * Reconcile and analyze POS reporting data for revenue assurance and variance tracking. * Coordinate hygiene compliance reporting, quality control documentation, and outlet audits. * Track and analyze costs related to staff rostering, HR, and payroll coordination, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements. --- Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (*CA/ICWA Inter or Final preferred*). Experience: 4–10 years in accounting, compliance, and financial coordination; experience in *internal audit, cost control, and statutory labour compliances (PT, PF, ESIC); experience in hospitality/F&B industry preferred.
