Core responsibilities Staff and operations management: Hire, train, and supervise staff; create work schedules; ensure smooth daily operations of both front- and back-of-house staff. Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, respond to complaints, and maintain a positive restaurant atmosphere. Financial and inventory management: Manage budgets, control costs, monitor sales, conduct inventory audits, and order supplies. Compliance and quality: Maintain food safety and quality standards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and uphold company policies. Performance and strategy: Appraise staff performance, implement strategies to improve sales, and work with management to meet revenue objectives. Required skills and qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Financial and budget management experience Problem-solving abilities Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations Experience in the food and beverage industry is often required A high school diploma or equivalent is typically necessary, and many employers prefer a college degree in hospitality Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
