Leadership & Team Management • Lead ateam of 40+ staff across service, brew, kitchen, housekeeping, and store. • Builda high-performance culture with discipline, ownership, and motivation. • Responsible for staff hiring, training, onboarding, and retention. • Conduct daily briefings, weekly reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching.⸻2. Sales& Business Performance • Drivedaily/weekly/monthly sales targets and APT/APC goals. • Execute strategies to grow dine-in, delivery, and takeaway revenue. • Managemenu mix, upselling practices, and customer experience rituals. • Work closely with area sales manager to execute campaigns, promotions, and events.⸻3. GuestExperience & Service Quality • Ensure5-star guest experience with fast service & friendly interactions. • Monitor NPS, in-house feedback, Google reviews; close all loops quickly. • Resolve complaints and escalations with maturity and professionalism. • Maintain brand standards across service, coffee quality, and food presentation.⸻4. Restaurant Operations & SOP Compliance • Oversee day-to-day operations with clockwork efficiency. • Ensure100% adherence to Coffee Culture SOPs and standards. • Managerosters, shift planning, staff scheduling, and discipline. • Trackand maintain daily checklists, DSR, opening & closing reports.⸻5. CostControl, Inventory & Hygiene • Monitor food cost, wastage control, pilferage, and stock accuracy. • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain. • Ensure100% hygiene, FSSAI standards, and kitchen discipline. • Conduct audits for cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety.⸻6. Marketing, Events & Community Building • Execute in-store events, UGC moments, weekend activations, and local partnerships. • Work with marketing team to create reels, engage customers, and drive footfall. • Buildbrand culture by engaging with guests, influencers, and communities.⸻7.
