Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar for a Restaurant General Manager. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, achieving revenue targets, and adhering to quality standards. The Restaurant General Manager will also handle budgeting, hiring, and fostering a positive work environment focused on customer satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in P&L Management and Budgeting to optimize profitability and operational performance
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in Hiring and fostering staff development
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
• Experience in managing restaurant operations and meeting performance goals
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
