Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales and revenue management strategies to achieve resort sales and occupancy goals.  Sales Target Achievement: Be responsible for achieving specific sales targets and overall resort revenue goals.  Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key clients, including corporate clients and event planners, to encourage repeat business and loyalty.  Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align promotional strategies, execute campaigns, and maximize exposure for resort offerings.  Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.  Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring they align with the resort's revenue goals.  Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell services and cross-sell resort packages to guests.  Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high performance and accountability.  Broader Resort Management Context While sales is a crucial component, the Resort Manager's role also encompasses many other areas, including: Operations: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and coordinating with various departments.  Financial Management: Creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring the resort's financial performance aligns with goals.  Guest Experience: Developing strategies to improve guest satisfaction, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling guest complaints.  Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and managing resort staff to foster a high-performance culture.  Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the resort complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.  Please do ping your resumes to +91 92814 58321 We have multiple RESORTS in different locations ( Hyderabad & COORG ) Preferred regional languages for Locations.
