Key Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth Maintain reception area and front desk operations smoothly Attend and manage phone calls with appropriate etiquette Coordinate with departments for guest needs and internal communication Maintain logs, records, and reports using MS Word and Excel Close the bookings efficiently and provide full support to the Resort Manager. Requirements: Must hold bachelor degree and hospitality management experience or strong experience as administrative officer. Fluency in multiple languages (preferred: English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil) Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel Excellent telephone and communication etiquette Friendly and service-oriented attitude Ability to handle tasks independently and efficiently Candidate must have driving license The candidate must also support the restaurant project as advised by the Directors. Training will be provided. Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all activities required to establish the restaurant, arrange operations, and ensure a smooth launch.
